We want you to love your Inflatable Island fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
